The hotel was overall clean with particularly good location to stay again as everything about the place is fantastic and air conditioned rooms. The breakfast was really tasty and very very good and offered a huge variety of outstanding food😀

Nice hotel, friendly & efficient staff, great breakfast (lots of choices), parking lot below hotel (but also opposite, which is not as terrible steep / narrow), good quiet rooms, with nice beds.

Bathroom was very drafty; window didn't close properly and with a snowstorm outside... (yes, at the start of May...)

The location of this place is wonderful, within walking distance of Sant Pere Martir Church, situated in a charming building in a beautiful area.

De L'Isard is an excellent value in Andorra. The room was quite nice, bordering on high-end/luxury. The staff was very helpful and fluent in a number of languages. The breakfast buffet came with the room and had a huge variety including cold meats and cheeses, breads, eggs and bacon, unlimited coffee! Along with cereal, fruits, and juices. The hotel has limited parking by reservation--if you have a car, reserve the parking as parking is limited in that part of the city. Plue, getting in and out of the garage is an alpine adventure! Free Wi-Fi was easy to use.

Ideal location right in the heart of town, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and shops 🍽️.

The hotel is on a cliff directly over the bay looking back at Cebere. We liked its location over the sea. Our room had a small balcony over the bay as, I believe, did the other rooms. The dining room has a terrace over the bay which was very nice, although the winds were quite strong during our stay so we ate inside. It's a very short walk into town for dining, strolling or a swim.

The shower needed a little work. It was clean, but the shower head was not properly attached. That did not really present much of a problem, though. The beds were a bit hard. Bring your own pillows if you can. The ones with the beds were like seat cushions. I think the hotel may provide something better upon request. Information about how to park to check-in would have been helpful.

Nice rooms, comfortable, very well located in the centre of almost everything. Breakfast was ok.

We did one dinner in the hotel: fish was raw (and cold). They just recooked it instead of serving a new one. And no apologies...

The hotel has a great and fantastic location in Andorra la Vella, just a short walk from the main shopping district, restaurants, and bars. the twin/double room offers amenities like an electronic key card, work desk, and television.

The whole place was perfectly clean. the staff were excellent and affable. - Our double room included air conditioning, a mini bar, and an electronic key card. - the food was great with a good choice of options. - Everything was simply good.
